Then oil seeds enter into the magnetic separator through the bucket elevator ,remove the scrap iron and metal impurities in the seeds. The cleaning purpose is to improve the oil quality,lower the machinery wearness rate.

Crushing:After the cleaning,oil seeds enter into the crusher ,break seeds into several pieces. The crush purpose is to soften seeds ,open the oil path.

Cooking:Broken seeds enter into the flat bottom cooker , cook the oil seeds. The cooking purpose is to adjust the temperature and moisture of seeds, prepared for the pressing,

Pressing:Oil seeds enter into the oil press through screw conveyor, get the crude oil and cake.
