When oil press operating, the prepared materials enter the pressing chamber from the hopper and then move forwards by the rotating of pressing screw and is pressed under the high-pressure condition in the chamber, friction between material and chamber will be created, which also created friction and relative movement among material particles, on the other hand, root diameter of the pressing screw carries larger from one end to the other. hence, when rotating, it not only pushed particles moving forwards but also turns them outwards as well, meanwhile, particles adjacent the screw will rotation along with screw’ rotating, causing every particle inside the chamber to possess different speed, therefore relative movement among particle creates heat which is necessary during manufacturing. because of helping protein change property, damage colloid, increase plasticity, decrease oil’s elasticity, resulting in high oil productivity.

1. 6kg of lubricant needs to be filled into the gearbox.

2. Adding proper moisture about 6%-8% to the dry cake before operation,feeding it to hopper barrel after uniform mixing,polish the barrel,and then feed,dry cake should be slowly,can’t be too fierce,when the material discharge normally,and feed appropriate increase,the cake was used over and over again,and the moisture decrease little by little,and add appropriate water at this time.If the cake feed too fierce and too dry all could make the pressure uprush,and then block the barrel,and cause machine accident.

3.The squeeze effect will be fine with suiltable barrel tempreture,so we should try to improve the barrel tempreture before official pressing.Such as cook the material,or add hot water to stir and mix the cake,feed slowly,polish the machine over and over again,when the tempreture rise until the outside surface burn,and proceed the normal squeeze

Machine operation

1.When finished the installation,in accordance with the regulations to fill lubricant,and check all parts if fastening, operate hand shank and spile if flexible.

2.Move the big belt pulley if has loose or block phenomenon with hand,if have,take away it in time.

3.Loosen the locking nut,and twist the worm shaft to dead point,and return 3-4 circles,and advance half-turn,to sure the interval between worn and discharge cake circle.

4.Adjust belf degree of tightness,and start motor,and check if the geneva wheel direction accordance with the sign direction,and then start the motor.

5. After the prearing of check,loosen the locked nut and twist the worm to the dead point,and returen 3-4 circles,and go ahead half circle,to guarantee the interval between worm and cake out-let.

6.Feed slowlyand uniformly at the first operation,it shoudn’t feed too fierce or up and down,otherwise it could block the brarrel or stuck and cause machine accident.So that feed slowly and uniformly at the first,when discharge cake normally,and place the material to the hopper.

7.Observe the discharge cake condition after operation,if it can not discharge cake,please exit to the worm about 1-2 circles again,if also can not discharge cake,it should stop the machine and check.Important not complete eradicate turn back the machine.Proceed first press after trouble removal,the cake thickness is about 1-2mm when operate normally,and the cake present tile shape,non-stick when pinched,smooth inner,crinke outside,there is no oil stains on the surface.

Adjust cake thickness:move the hand shank of adjusting spiral,adjust the bolt with clockwise rotation,if the bolt go out,the cake will be thick,otherwise cake will be thin.(adjust bolt as left T165x6) Angle of cone of cake discharge ring and slag-out top end are difference,cake thickness will be changed 0.4-0.5mm each circl of adjustment.

8.When machine is operating,oil extruding and residual outlet need to be checked,Frequently,Normally,most of oil will flow outward from square rods and several from round plates.Broken cake residue indicates the material is too dry;system emerging from the cake residue indicated that it is too wet,In any case,water contented in the raw material must be adjusted from time to time.

Slag slice emerging indicated too much water content and powder like slage low water content.Loose round plates will cause too much slage flowing outward,Howerer,adequate water content will cause slag flowing outwards from square rods,little slag from round plates is allowed.In a word,water content affects oil output rate,it need adjusting properly.

9. Stopping

Repeatedly move screw forwards and backwards for several times and let all materials residual in the chamber goes out and adjust the cake to the possible thinnest,then stop the machine.

When machine stops caused by any accident,powder supply must be shut down first,then rotate large pulley manually backwards,let the material return out.Then pull out the shaft and clean it.In the case the shaft could not be pulled out,remove the upper case and loose lock nut,separate round plates and clean them one by one.
