Palm oil processing machine -Palm oil is divided into red oil and white oil. Red oil is pressed by the palm fruit pulp, mainly for edible oil.White oil is pressed by the palm kernel, mainly for industrial oil.Red oil is made by the palm fresh fruit bunch, each bunch is 10Kg to 20Kg.

Palm oil processing machine -Palm oil from palm fruit, its fatty acid composition of saturated acids accounted for 40%~50%,of which 80% are palmitic acid,unsaturated acid oleic acid, followed by linoleic acid, vitamin A and vitamin E,with darker brown color.Because the palm fruit by decomposition of lipase in the harvesting and preparation before oil,coupled with the impact of processing methods and storage conditions,crude palm oil with high free fatty acid content,generally about 10%,high more than 30%.The main purpose of palm oil is soap and for fractionation of various grades of special oil for food.

Palm oil processing machine -The machine is special for pressing palm fruit.After boiled by hot water or steam with temperature 100 degree by 2 hours to sterilize and ensure the extracting performance,thenput the palm fruit into the machine with the kernel unbroken,press oil from palm pulp,then get red crude palm oil (oil mixture:water,slag,and red oil),after filtering and refining steps,you can get pure red palm oil.
